FUEL LEAKING

i got the new carb and it leaking under where the arrow is pointing
i can put my fingers under that part and it wet as heck
no it not the fuel line and yes it needs to be replaced,
what causing the leakage / 4 screws are tight

A small tear in the gasket or a small piece of dirt maybe? Also, maybe the mating surface isn't exactly flat.

there was a rip in the gasket, it was done at the assembly,where where that was, i just put in on the car this spring,
so now i have to get a kit for it

While you're at it, you might want to go ahead and replace those old fuel lines. A very cheap "not stranded on the side of the road" insurance policy... :lol:

Weber Direct sells kits. You could also make your own gasket if you have the appropriate material laying around.
