The engine will eventually be MegaSquirted. It has a worked head and cams courtesy of GC and HC pistons so I needed larger injectors. I decided to redo the fuel rail as well to more easily accommodate non-stock injectors.
The individual feed lines for each injector are a bit longer than I like but the geometry makes a shorter run difficult unless I can find a way to mount the rail lower.

The oil filter hangs down. It doubles as the alternator mounting bracket. As memory serves me it is mounted properly. It has been several years since I took it apart so we shall see.
Good question re: the master cylinder. If it does't I will have to rethink how the rail is mounted. If I cam move it lower I could shorten the indiv. injector feeds and make it much smaller.

ok, now i remember that from my ol 79. the alt is on the other side of my 2 liter in the 70.[img][img]http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y137/s ... der033.jpg[/img]
