How do I access the back of the side Pininfarina badges

I have a BS1 1972 and need to remove the Pininfarina badges on each side of the car, I believe these are the screw & nut design and not the push the pin type, so will need access to the back of the badge. Do I need to remove the rear seat side panels to get to the nuts , and if not what do I do ?

You got it. Remove the panels and you'll see how they're attached.
