Convertible Top Straps

Hello,

can someone do me a quick favor and measure the two straps that are used to hold down the top? Just in the relaxed position. Trying to build my own from on-hand materials vs. spending $30 per strap.

With the metal hooks on either end, the overall length is about 12.5". The rubber itself is about 11" of this, and the width of the rubber is a little over 1".
