76 Spider lower grill installation

Hi all. Does anyone know how to install the lower grill on a 76 Spider ? I cant remember how this thing goes in. There is a bottom middle clip thingy with a rubber gasket,,but where does it attach to ? Is it just suspended ?

My lower grille is somewhat loose as well. I'm interested to see the proper attachment

There is a screw at the bottom of the grill and it's held on each side by a short metal strip that bolts on.
Most likely something on the top as well, but I can't remember and the car is garaged about 100 miles from here.

my lower grill on the 80 has 2 attach points on each side in the middle. matches to holes in the bodywork
