81 fiat spider tail lights out/ front headlamps out

Hi,

I'm brand new to working on cars mechanically and electrically but am going for it and will do the best i can.

I just got my hands on an 1981 fiat spider and want to drive it cross country. It drives fine but the headlamps don't turn on and the tail lights in the back don't turn on. I was wondering if there's some type of online diagram/step by step manual i could use to figure this type of stuff out.
