FLU epidemic coming!!!

I hear from a very reliable source that there will be a West Michigan FLU epidemic crossing the Leelanau Peninsula of Michigan the first weekend of October, 2007.

Symptoms may include

Itchiness in the palm of your hands that will only go away when you fingers are wrapped around the wheel of your favorite Italian sports car.
Messy hair from top down driving.
Sore neck from looking side-to-side at all the fall color.
Full bellies from all the great food and wine.
Thin wallets from shopping in the quaint towns.


The only available treatment is to call the Lodge at the Leelanau Sands Casino (800-930-3008) and reserve a room for this great weekend. Make reservations soon as the lodge will fill up fast for color tour season.

FLU membership is required to attend this event.

The small print: This much fun has been known to cause uncontrollable smiling in laboratory rats.
