bumpers, no bumpers

Post by verycoldfiat »

seems i have seen a lot of spyders out there w/ the big chrome bumpers removed, was wondering if anyone knew of where to find newer chrome tubes. i have faked mine asthey have started to rust under the rubbers to the point that they can not be removed. so i am pretty scared to dig in too deep. and if i get the tubes am i goin to be plagued when i try to replace them?

Do you want new or a set of good used ones? I have a set of good used ones off a '79 spider. Where are you located?

IAP has stainless steel ones that will never rust. Check out the "cosmetics" section. The firt topic is on replacing bumpers.
