wireing for the plug or cigaret lighter

I have 3 wires woth thw same plug, 2 of them come from the same general place the light blue and the blue with the stripe on it.
And a purple one comeing out of the dash. I don't know witch ones are supposed to plug into the 12V or cigaret lighter

The cigarette lighter has a red and a black wire going to it. The red one has an inline fuse for it behind the fuse panel.
