Driving Lights

Want to add driving lights, meeting the following criteria:

• Need to be able to blister the paint on a car50 feet in front of me
  Want to mount them in the grill, not bumper
  Prefer narrow, flat beam
  Would like them to be chrome or stainless (no black stuff)
  LED is OK (in fact preferred), but would lik the to look like incandescent (in character for the car).

Any thoughts and ideas would be warmly received!
