Gas filter
So I have a fuel filter installed just before my mechanical fuel pump—by previous PO. And I was wondering if I could install an additional one, one of those glass see thru, between the fuel pump and the carburetor? Or it could be an issue with my fuel pressure?

I run the recommended microfilter prior to my pump, and I also run a 'see-through' filter prior to my 32/36 DFEV.
Webers do not do well with fuel pressures above about 3 psi, so it is unlikely that you will starve your carb,...
But, do keep the filters clean with proper maintenance.
