I have an '80 Spider 2000 that has a nice top on it but it has some vinyl paint on the otherwise clear plastic rear window. Apparently the PO painted the rear seat, then put the top down before the paint was totally dry.
Has anyone been able to find a way to get this paint off without ruining the nice clear plastic window?

Lacquer thinner or MEK are the strongest of all the solvents. The best answer depends on what kind of paint was used though.
