Fantastic!!
Nice work Rob!

Now, I wish there were some roads around here like you guys talk about! I can go dead straight and flat in 180 degrees of the compass for at least 2 hours before I hit a curve needing any attention! Jealous I am!!!

Washington is quite mountainous on the coastal side. The eastern side has more flatter areas although the Columbia river gorge is similar to the grand canyon.

Alan, just a small sampling, all from a portion of about a 70 mile jaunt...oh and if you get tired of the drive then just pull over at one of the falls and soak the feet

Historic Columbia River Highway from Troutdale to The Dalles

it was always fun when you recognized one of these roads in a car commercial on TV...Portland had a few major ad agencies and wet roads seem to be preferred for commercials

Check out the Motorcycle Roads web site as there are some roads of note here in Florida hidden about:

Would using an external slave cylinder be an option?

http://www.jegs.com/i/McLeod/673/139006 ... Id=1503743

Personally I rather despise the ridiculous cost that the internal slave cylinders added to the job of replacing the slave cylinder when they went from external to internal especially on a front wheel drive vehicle. Usually when the internal slave cylinder fails it leaks out on the clutch saturating it with oil turning what was a $30 job of rebuilding the easily accessible slave cylinder into a two day job of dropping the front suspension, removing the trans-axle, cleaning up the mess, replacing the slave cylinder and the clutch along with having to put everything back together again.

I know some folks into off roading who are a bit tired of the internal slaves built into the throwout bearings and are replacing them with external units for ease of servicing on site when away from civilization.

Already fixed it.. The cable system working great with that custom clutch arm I made.. Cost me $20.00. :) rock on!

Simple is many times best. Spare cable takes up little space and is much easier to install than a slave cylinder if one fails.
