Help Identify these two wires...

My car is a '79. Tried the wiring diagram but kind of lost with these two.

First one is a cut red wire:


2nd one is this blue wire with red, I found it connected to a red wire coming from the steering column. Thanks for any help.

I think the red wire goes to the #50 on the ignition switch The blue/red connects to the int on the ignition switch. This how these wires are connected on my 74

I traced the red/blue wire and it running to the wiper motor. I found that wire connected to a red one that starts from the steering column. I assuming that's the power wire for the wiper motor? Any ideas.
