Cold Air Intake

Check out my new Bad A** cold air intake. From what the guy at PepBoys told me I'm getting at least an additional 20+ hp with this baby

. Slap some #'s on the hood (#48 of course) and I'm ready for the track!

We'll maybe that's a little (allot) exaggerated.... but it looks cool

was it Manny, Moe or Jack that quoted 20hp? You might find it makes less hp since the stock air box pulls air from in front of the radiator

lol. Yeah I know... but it still looks better than that ridiculous looking stock air box.

Like the plywood. Now you not only have to worry about the tin worm, but also termites and carpenter ants.

Watch for little tunnels coming up the tires and along suspension parts leading to the base mount.

I hope you remember to plug the AFM electrical connector back in, or you won't be going anywhere

The flat light blue object the AFM and the filter are attached to look like plywood in the pics. It was a joke that clearly fell flat.

Hey George,I made a heat shield for mine,using a piece of sheet aluminum.I used the existing mounting hdwre to mount it.I painted it with some VHT paint and it looks pretty good.I got asked about it several times at Italian Car Day.A 0 dollar fix...the best kind!!

George,
Like Craig I just made mine out of a piece of sheet metal from the hardware store and painted it with high heat paint. Works great. Here's a pic of it out of the car.
