what size are the stock cams? Cam specifications for intake/exhaust opening what is the stock duration and lift? 2.0L

It's not that easy. Timing figures depend on what clearance is used to measure. I think Fiat used 0.050" or so, but aftermarket cams are often quote at running clearance, so a direct comparison is not possible.
I think the Fiat spec is 5/55, 55/5.
