Door Panels

In restoring my 74 I have tan door panels that came on the car back in 81. I have been told by Vick's that in 74 they only came in black and these were aftermarket. Do later models still fit the 74?!? I appreciate the feedback.

the location of the door handles and window cranks didn't change. I've swapped panels around from various years and never had any fitment issues even though the panels had some differences in trim
