Iam almost afraid to post this without dyno data to back it up. I must admit to gross stupidity as to why I didn't have full boost at Mark's dyno day. I left a rag stuffed in the intake. If I use the data from the dyno plus a computer simulation I ran my engine on, I have in the range of 138HP at 6500RPM. The most noticeable thing in driving the car is how fast it accelerates, it went past 6000RPM faster than I could shift. It is amazing the way the supercharger adds horsepower at the low end, approximately 70HP at 2000RPM. Iam working on possibly having another dyno day to include ACE's car.

8LB boost
Re: 8LB boost
that's more what I was expecting! If you can line up some more cars I can schedule another dyno day. After seeing how the last one worked out, I'd say 10 cars would be the maximum number

Re: 8LB boost
What kind of torque numbers are you getting? I have a 2L intercooled stock inj. custom turbo fiat 8lbs Boost
dyno read
169ft/lbs @3316RPM 53MPH
131HP @ 5116rpm 82MPH
Since the car was way out of tune we diden't bring it to 6000rpm for the time being thats for next run.
