I saw a late CS1 with a compressor in the engine bay ...I was amazed

are you looking at a CSO Spider ?seventil wrote:The 1981 Spider I'm looking at had AC originally but was pulled out a few years ago.
I'm not sure if it's standard or what.
I thought that at first, but the LE editions were champagne color from what I understood. The car I'm looking at was originally a dark blue color with beige interior.abcman3000 wrote:are you looking at a CSO Spider ?seventil wrote:The 1981 Spider I'm looking at had AC originally but was pulled out a few years ago.

I've read somewhere that the 1000 CSO's LE (limited edition )produced in '81 to celebrate 50 years of Pininfarina had as standard equipment air conditioning. Don't know about the other models....maybe it was optional..maybe aftermarket![]()
isn't it a bit strange to install AC in a convertible ?
Don't know about any tags, but this car definitely has electrical windows!abcman3000 wrote:go for the JACKPOT !!!!![]()
the LE were champagne with electrical windows and tags stating they are part of a limited edition !
