Argenta Turbo engine bearings?

Hi per the suggestion of SteveC, I am taking apart a block from a seller that represented that the engine had Argenta turbo engine bearings, among other things. First of all, what is special about these bearings? I read somewhere that they are ceramic? Second, how can one visually verify if the bearings are Argenta? I am trying to verify if I got what I paid for.
