Can someone provide a picture of how to properly store the boot cover when it's NOT in use?
I believe the two rubber straps in the rear seat sides are meant to secure the boot cover when the top is up, but I can't figure out how to make it look tidy and secure.

Re: Storing the Boot Cover
I fold mine in half and put it on the back "seat" or, if I'm going to be parking somewhere other than on my own property, I put it in the trunk.
My first one was in so-so shape when I got the car in `88 but didn't worsen from this treatment for over 25 years. The replacement, now treated this way (folded and on the back seat all through Winter storage) shows no ill effects.

Italian motorcycles. An Italian car. An Italian wife. What more could a man desire?

Re: Storing the Boot Cover
The rubber straps are to secure the top when it is down so it does not rattle. They stretch over the top latches, and pull down the the folded top. The boot goes over them when they are installed properlyI believe the two rubber straps in the rear seat sides are meant to secure the boot cover when the top is up, but I can't figure out how to make it look tidy and secure.

Aha! Ok, so there really isn't a spot for the boot cover other than the back seat/parcel shelf or in the trunk. I'll give the rubber straps a shot on the latches
