I have a set of parking lamps for the bumper less 124. I was wondering if anyone has installed these and would mind sharing how they did it.
I know I will need to remove some material around the oval were the bumper shock was, but want to only cut once
If people share there insight I will video my installation and post it.
Thanks!
Mark

Re: Bumper less parking lights
it is more grinding than cutting .... I used a die grinder and went bit by bit .... when you hold the light up to the hole it will be obvious how much needs to come out ... I traced it with a sharpie and ground down just to the line (leaving the line on the car) and then test fit and ground as needed .... the "trim" of the light allows for some error but mine are quite snug... also rotate the lights to how you want them .... if they are like mine the trim has a fat and a skinny profile to them ... you should take into account how you want that to look also ... I don't know if I got mine reversed or what ... but to me they have a crosseyed look to them ... I like it as I have gotten use to it ... but I should have taken more time to step back and look from a few feet away ...

That's good info!
When you installed yours are the lens screws vertical?
Any photos of the finished product?
Thanks so much!

I usually mount them in a different orientation from that pic. I like the thicker part of the bezel on the bottom

Okay, is that the way they are mounted on the Green spider on your site? I tried to zoom in and see if the lens screws were vertical or horizontal.
Its a great and well made product! very happy!
Thanks!!

ps: the center caps and lugs worked great!
