suspension needs to be perfect to drive at these speeds. start by getting under your car when wheels are on the ground and someone should jerk the steering wheel from side to side. look for movement in the chasis legs where steering box and steering idler are attached. if there's no movement in chasis, than it's time to look at oily and rubbery bits.

apart from good suspension, you need high performance tyres, good brakes and lots of experience.
