This morning I realized this carb doesn't seem to have any provision for a "fast Idle" when the engine is cold. The electric choke seems to work ok but I have to set the idle up when the car is cold or it will quit. After it warms up I have to reset the idle again. That can't be normal, can it? The car runs great after it's warmed up. The carb is a 32/36DFEV.

those carbs do have a fast idle cam with a speed screw. The screw faces the front of the car

I just set all this on my new 32/36. The high idle adjust is behind the choke pod facing forward
