signal lights dont flash

I got all my lights working which was no small task. But my signals do not flash. If it's a flasher problem,could someone tell me where it is so I can replace it please.

not sure about an 84 but on the 81 Spider your signal lights and emergency flashers share the same flasher and light bulbs. The difference between the 2 are the flasher switch itself and the source of power. The signal lights are powered fron the "hot in start and run" position of the ignition switch and fuse 1. The emergency flasher is powered from the "hot all the time" fuse 9.
I would check the emergency flashers first before changing anything. Often the Emergency flasher switch itself is intermittent.
