inner fender grommets

Hello,

do you know if the inner fender grommets (where the front and side lights wires go through, when entering the engine bay), are specific ?

I lost one yesterday, and they seemed rather thick and solid to me.
I have not found a suitable replacement on internet catalogs yet.

maybe mine were already replaced by any PO ?
