Does the 1973 124 use an external ballast reistor or is it built into the coil?

That is about the time they changed to an internal one, but I am not sure of the exact year.
If it had an external one then it would be mounted right on the coil bracket, in front of the coil.

Thanks for the help. There is no resistor or place to mount one on my coil so it must be internal.
