Cig and Map light

Post by JoeFaz »

Took my console apart a while back, didn't expect it to be an issue. Had the car in the shop for a "quick" head re-torquing, car got hit by a truck when in mechanic's hands. Took 4 months to get it back (!) now I have no idea how to re-connect the cig lighter and map light. (I know, I should have marked the wires, but I had no intention of it being in the shop for more than a day). All I see now are a gaggle of wires/plastic clip-plugs and I dare not "guess" as to what goes where for fear of blowing out the whole system. Got my radio re-connected fine, as well as Hazard/Brake/Seat Belt warning lights. Can someone give me a clue on where the cig & map light plug into? ('78 Spider).
TIA.
