I am the second owner of a '75 Spider having owned and maintained her since 1983. She has been properly maintained up to 1995 when I parked her in my garage (climate controlled) and forgot about her. I am now ready to get her back on the road and need some advice on how best to begin the restoration project. I am interested in handling many of the smaller simple tasks myself but would like to prioritize those things that I will need to outsource. Below are a couple of facts re: the car's condition

1. Stored/Located in Atlanta GA
2. When stored in 1995 she was running well
3. The car has 102,000 miles
4. These items have been done immediately prior to storage in 1995-New Weber carb, new brake pad/rotors (no new lines), wheel bearings, timing belt and spark plugs, oil change, fuel filter and pump. Tranny was strong and shifted smoothly, clutch was fine.
5. What wasn't done - New battery, fuel removed or stabilized in tank, new tires (but dry rotted/flat), radiator wasn't drained.
6.Interior seating/carpet is in OK condition- the new top will need replacement as will all wood dash pieces. Dash does has a crack
7. Exterior will require total repainting and a new front hood is needed. Rust is limited to approx 4 -5 dime sized spots on door sides and trunk. No body damage other than hood needs replacement

I am open to all suggestions and references for shops and suppliers that can assist with this project.
