new brake system

Post by akeith1911 »

I have an 81 that's automatic and want to use a system that removes the brake booster that seems to be in the way of everything. the booster and master cylinder are bad and need to be replaced, price tag of around $500 whereas the Wilwood forward swing dual master cylinder pedal is $190. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

I think there has been some discussion around not having the booster. Brakes still work, just requires more pedal pressure. Run a search on brake booster and see what you get.
