ignition switch wiring

Post by jimrearden »

I have a 1975 Fiat spider. I replaced the ignition switch a few years ago. Made the mistake of unplugging the wires a few days ago and now can't seem to get them back in the right place. The switch is a "Antifurto". black and Brown are hot from the battery. Any body have a diagram that would work? The switch has 6 posts - 2 pegs - the top and right pegs are a copper color - the others are brass. The back of the switch has a tan cover with no markings. Any help would be appreciated.

I wonder how different a 75 is from a 72. I'd be glad to write a diagram of how mine is if it would help. Email me at spyderlady71@yahoo.com if you want.

I found this guy to be real knowledgeable. He's published himself and if you can't find your answers at his web site I'm sure he wont mind you e-mailing him and asking the question directly
