Hey, spare a thought for us poor "Pininfarina" owners. Our cars are named "Spider Europa" but no where does it say that. We have the Pininfarina "F" logo on the bonnet (sorry, hood), the boot (sorry, trunk), the wheel hubs (sorry, rims) and the steering wheel boss, and the name Pininfarina low down just in front of the rear wheel arches. Of course, nobody knows what the "F" logo means - "Is it a Ferrari, mister?" - and they all asume Pininfarina is simply the designer.
So when I answer "It's a Pininfarina Spider Europa", their eyes glaze over and you can see they don't have the foggiest idea what you're talking about. But boy, are they ever impressed!!!
