ground pods

Post by mik »

I don't know if my term is correct, but saw they were referred to as pods and are located under hood on both sides of compartment. My question is, in removing wire, the end not visible, is it a connection that I should just be able to slide out, or is the wiring soldered? I just don't want to make a mistake, thank you.

Not sure I understand your question, but if the wire is on a ground pod, then it should have a female connector and you should be able to remove it.

The pods and wires are visible. If you are trying to remove a wire for which you do not see the connection, it is probably not a ground wire at a pod.
