Electrical Issues/Fan/Wipers/Ticking???

Hello,
I just acquired a nice 1977 Spider from my sister. Need to get a sticker and sort out a few issues.
- It won't affect inspection, but the Radiator fan is wired to a switch to manually turn it on/off. Should I replace temp switch in radiator + relay? I know the fan works.
- Wipers don't work. Maybe just a fuse, any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?
- I drove the car close to 200 miles, no issues. Next day I took it out and there was a really annoying constant clicking from behind the dash. Thought speedo cable at first, but it happens when car is stationary too. Sounds like a relay gone wild. Hazard light is on all the time.

I was in the garage poking around looking at the fan connections. I would guess the wiring should involve the temp switch, a relay and the fan itself, power going to the relay. Anyone know where the fan relay is?
