Rear Deck Trim/Seat Belt Attachment

Does anyone have pictures for me of the following missing items from my 1976 Spider?

The car has NO SEATBELTS, so I have no clue how they are supposed to attach to purchase replacements. Pics of the rear seat removed etc. showing seat belt attachment anyone?

I also have a new top which I just finished installing after the PO clearly got stuck part way through. I have no trim for above the back seat where the top folds over the metal which is where the wires for the top secure and NO IDEA where the wires are supposed to secure to. Pics of the rear upper portion of the rear seat where the top folds over anyone?
