How much is my 81 Turbo worth?

Ive been looking to sell my 81 Turbo spider and im trying to figure out how much its worth. Its in overall good condition and ive done quite a bit of replacing old parts on it to get it in good shape. It starts up easily and idles nicely. The body has slight rusting in the usual places, interior has no tears or significant defects. 51k miles with new tires, timing belt + water pump, fuel pump +tank, radiator and cooling hoses, heater core valve, thermostat, radio and speakers upgraded to name a few.

According to Haggerty Insurance, a base model 1981 Spider in Fair condition is worth $6,200. No indication if Turbo adds value or not. Fair condition definition = "Runs good. Visible flaws to the naked eye".

a working Turbo should add some value.

The worldwide Spider Register counts some Turbo Spider from sales ads: in good condition they were listed at approx. 10k $!
One best-of Turbo was listed as: For sale: $24,000!

Ceteris paribus, a Turbo will be worth somewhat more than a non-turbo 2 Spider, but yours has some pretty significant rust on it that would require non-trivial money to fix. (And there is certainly more than what is seen - there always is). I think that the rust and overall condition will be more determinative of value than anything else.

I've also got a Turbo, and it's nice to see them appear.
