Let us know if that works. The melted cam lobe is a very common problem with the earlier Sipea ignition switches that have seen much use, and I have never found a source for a new plastic cam lobe. I have used a soldering iron to reshape the plastic so that the switch functioned a little better, but it's just an OK solution. Finding another Sipea switch with a good cam is the only thing I've been able to come up with.

I agree with Dinghyguy that if someone could 3D print these parts, there would be a market for them. I'd certainly buy some. The Fiat vendors might be interested as well.

Yep. I have looked into it . If I had a way to scan the part into a CAD program there are several companies that will 3D print it. Hey, maybe Jay Leno could help us out, tehe

It doesn't look great but it seems to work. I'll check when the 11 inches of snow melt.
