Rear Sway Bar

Can anyone describe the installation process for the Addco REAR sway bar? I am thinking of adding one, and hope it is relatively simple a bolt-on process? Do the springs have to come off or be compressed, etc?

no removal of springs is needed, it bolts on from underneath the car
