There is two switches I do not know what the other one controls I have the fan switch that controls the heater hook up. What is the other switch for?

Also can someone post a photo of the head light switch so I can see what the wires look like?
Here are some wires that are not plugged in.

Cant tell what your needing from the pics but some wires may go to the interior light that mounts in the upper console. you also have the cigar lighter there too. Above would be wires for your brake light indicator and such. DO you have the wiring diagram for your year?

Given their location, those wires are most likely for the radio. The factory supplied wiring the cars for future radio installations, but when the dealers went to install the radios they just tapped into any live wires they could find. This is one of the reasons there is always a birds nest of wires behind the center upper console and why the cars were plagued with electrical problems.

Check the wiring diagram, the colors will tell you what they should power/connect to.
