Having trouble reinstalling my radio can't remember where yellow wire from back left rear of radio goes. Where can I get this answer?

a yellow wire from a radio is 'usually' the always hot +12V lead (used for memory and to power the unit), black is usually ground and red is usually switched ignition, I say usually, like Newt says 'mostly'....

Radio works fine without yellow wire. Upon further investigation I believe it was for the cassette player .
Local shop said that yellow wire is usually for accessories or antenna?

It all depends if the reference is the car or the radio/head unit.
If the car it could be anything considering the age and prevous owners, it's usually a case of using a multimeter and confirming it matched what fiat says it does or diagnosing it doesn't
