fuse 28/1

Hello,
I cannot find that fuse called 28/1 on the wiring diagrams for my 76.
I can locate 28/2 to 28/4 (all inline fuses), but 28/1 is still invisible to me.
Any idea of what it links to, or what it protects (it's a 28 A) ?

in the meantime, I found replacement fuse holders for the inline fuses, in england.

They are in bakelite instead of ???? but they connect the same way as OEM ones, and they are the same size.
