Black Violet - Green Black wire connector goes where?

Based on how clean this connector is, I know it must have been connected somewhere, but having just put the car back together I can't find the other end??? I must have tucked it out of the way somewhere not obvious. I scoured the wiring diagrams, but don't see this combination to know what it connects to.

Any help would be appreciated. It's an '82 spider 2000 with FI.

Well. I figured out why I couldn't find the other end. I don't have a windshield washer tank!! Not sure what happened to it, but must have been missing when I rescued this project car.
