Turn signal speed

Well, wasn't that fun. Things you learn when you get back into it after so many years away.

turns out it was a ground issue, only it had nothing to due with lights. There was another set of wires sticking out in the trunk, which I have since learned are wires for the power antennae, which ere just sitting there. On a chance I connected the ground and 'lo and behold all the turn signal now function properly. Let the pigeons loose!!
