Dry coil question!

I was ordering a replacement coil for my 81 FI spider, and seem to have ended up with a "dry" replacement. I've already found the 1/15 being -/+ (forums are wonderful) but was wondering if anybody could tell me if a dry coil needs a different control module to a standard ignition coil? Also - anybody know where I can buy the mounting bracket for the dry coil?
