Starter Solenoid

The positive terminal on my starter solenoid snapped while reattaching the cables. :shock:

I've entertained the idea of buying a gear reduction starter (GRS). Has anybody had a negative experience with the GRS? Apparently the solenoid of the GRS is positioned differently than the OEM units making it a close to the steering box. Any issues with it hitting the steering box?
