Turn Signals just stopped working???

My turn signals just stopped working - both directions... My emergency flashers work and all the lights are blinking with it... Where should I start?

Do the turn signals run off a fuse? If the lights are working for the flashers, I would think the ground is good. Is it happening all around or just one end?
