Question is, when I have the lights on the instrument cluster gauges will start bouncing around. Not all the time but occasionally, it seems to be happening when I press the clutch in and back out. It will also cause my stereo to cut out and then back on again. Removed the wires to the "clutch high idle" button, (think that is what is called)...and still the problem persists. No wires are being moved around by the clutch assembly so were do I start? Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like grounding issues. Also the clutch cable makes for a poor ground path too! I would start with a new custom ground cable that goes from the engine to the chassis, and then clean all other grounds, including the battery to chassis.
