LIGHTS on
charging is all good,
igot that checked. i made sure the wires on alternator was on good
i replace the regulator, nothing change it, i did the removable of the battery cable to see if it stayed running that was ok
i turn the lites on, they where still up to par on brightness, so that ok ok

Probably a bad ground somewhere; if it is any consolation some cars do this and there isn't really a cure. If the light goes away when you rev up the motor or turn off the lights (or turn on the lights) then you can hunt for a bad ground.

it stays the same. does not flicker or dim,bright, stays bright no matter

The idiot light on the early model cars is controlled by a relay. Make sure your connections are good from thealternator to the regulator to the relay, then to the lamp.
