How to remove bumpers

I want to remove the bumpers on my 76. How do I go about it ? Bolt locations etc

Front: Two large bolts on either side under the wheel well hold the bumper shocks on. Unbolt and slide the massive huge honking bumper off... Take the tires off for easier access is desired but it is not necessary.
The Rear:
Basically the same as the front. However you must remove the gas tank to get to one bolt, or I hear you can unbolt it and jack it up until you get the proper clearance. easy peasey
