Does anyone know where I can get a pair of top latches for my 77' Spider ? ...J.D.

Hi,
I had the same problem a couple of months ago so I turned to E-Bay.
I found a nice pair there in nothing flat and got them for around $10 including shipping.

There are 2 or 3 pairs there now at different prices.

I took out my trusty "drimle" tool and buffed out the latches.

They both look like they've been chromed plated.

I believe http://www.fiatparts.com has chrome latches

Just take a flap wheel and ether red or white compound to them... should take all of about 10 mins. Or if your Really, Really anal go have them "jet hot" ( ceramic header coating) If you go that route I recomend these guys....
